Your satisfaction is our highest priority, we want you to absolutely love your new Gruvon guitar. If you are not satisfied in any way, you can return it a for full refund within 90 days of receipt, no questions asked.

How do I Make a Return or Exchange?

Login to your account. Click on "Authorize Return or Exchange" and follow the directions. You will print a return receipt, box up your guitar and ship it back to us.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping. Gruvon fully refunds the purchase price plus original shipping cost.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We ship as soon as possible. If you want to cancel your order please e-mail us at or phone us at 972-200-7489. Include your order number and request cancellation. If your order hasn't shipped we'll do our best to stop it and cancel.
